Kialandi

Kialandi was a female Elven Dragon Rider who joined Galbatorix and became one of the Forsworn.

Kialandi's early history is unknown. A dragon hatched for her when she was young, and she joined the Dragon Riders. At some point, she joined Galbatorix in his quest to destroy the Dragon Riders and conquer Alagaesia.

During this campaign, Kialandi and the other Forsworn attacked the city of Ilirea. There, Kialandi fought the Dragon Rider Arva, and killed him.

Some time after this, Kialandi and Formora captured Oromis and Glaedr. They tortured him until he broke down and somehow lost the ability to weave all but the simplest of spells. This may have also been the time when Glaedr lost his leg. Somehow, the two of them managed to escape to Du Weldenvarden.

Kialandi eventually died of unknown circumstances, though it is possible that she was either killed personally or her death may have been arranged by Brom. She also may have died when Oromis and Glaedr escaped, from overuse of magic, or suicide.

[edit] Speculations

Fans say that Kialandi and Formora are Oromis's children, but this has not yet confirmed if this is true.
