Industrial Light & Magic

Industrial Light & Magic (abbreviated ILM) is a motion picture special effects company, a division of Lucasfilm. ILM was created in 1975 by George Lucas; the company's first film was Star Wars in 1977. ILM, along with WETA Digital, produced the special effects for Eragon.

Prominent personalities who have worked for ILM include John Lasseter (the director of Toy Story) and director Joe Johnston.
