Erst Graybeard

Erst Graybeard was a Dwarf from the Îdgand Era, five centuries before the Rider War. He was sent to Dras-Leona by Queen Forna to help with constructing the fortifications of the city, in an attempt to win favour with the human King Radgar and secure his help in a Dwarven clan war. After Forna's death at the hands of Grim Halfstave, he returned to the Beor Mountains to defend his clan but he did start his work on a sewer system beneath the city.
